Job Description
Key responsibility included but unlimited to:
• Manage complex insurance claims (e.g., property, liability, marine, etc.), ensuring they are processed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with policy terms and legal requirements.
• Interact extensively with various parties (Insurers; Loss adjuster, TPA…) involved in the claim process.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to support, maintenance, strengthen the relationship with clients.
• Analyze claim trends, loss ratios to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to clients.
• Ensure that all claims are handled in compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of claims handlers, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to established processes and standards.
• Provide technical guidance to staff on claim investigation, reserving evaluation and resolution of claims.
• Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of claims team.
• Conduct annual plan and budget preparation under guidance provided by leadership.
• Do weekly and monthly reports to General Manager.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, or a related field.2. Experience: Having more than 7 years insurance experiences, with a focus on non-life insurance.3. Skills:•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Well communication in English.•Sound negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.•Fluent in insurance process, including negotiation, reserving, and liabilities.•Training skills.
