Job Description
The successful candidate will champion the sustainability initiatives and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) efforts for company Development Viet Nam (CLD VN) and help promote a culture of sustainability as part of CLD’s core business strategy.
Job responsibilities:
• Drive green value-add solutions as part of the business development strategy for CLD VN
• Develop sustainability priorities and strategic roadmaps, establish best practices, and recommend KPIs & action plans.
• Drive internal and external communication of CLD VN’s sustainability strategy.
• Promote a strong sustainability culture through various awareness and educational programmes.
• Work with various stakeholders on sustainability reporting processes and compliances.
• Review and refine policies and processes to ensure that they are kept current with the organization’s commitment to sustainability.
• Manage Sustainability report and provides sustainability progress updates, key emerging trends and regulatory directions to the Board of Management.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or other related field, with at least 10 years’ experience in strategic sustainability management
• Good knowledge of MSCI ESG Ratings, GRESB and green buildings requirement
• Good communication and influencing skills to work with teams across the organization and across geographies.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to showcase the company’s sustainability efforts and achievements.
